How Our Paperless Trivia Night Works

Corporate entertainment in South Africa has shifted. So we run one format, and we run it well: fully paperless, app-based hosted trivia. No answer sheets, no pens, no manual marking, and no pen-and-paper alternative.

Joining the game: app, then Game PIN

Guests download the free QuizXpress player app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We send you the download link roughly a week before the event so you can share it with your guest list.
On the night, they open the app and enter the Game PIN displayed on the event screens.
That's it — no accounts, no sign-ups. Their phone is now their buzzer and answer pad.

Music bingo runs on the same app and the same setup. Short song clips replace numbers, and guests' phones are their digital cards — again, nothing printed. It needs no trivia knowledge, so it plays equally well across languages, ages and backgrounds.
