We are based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) and travel to events anywhere in South Africa. For events outside our local area, your quote lists travel costs separately — for flights, two return tickets for our team of two, plus accommodation and local transport — so you see every cost before you book. Payment Terms

Your date is secured only once the Service Agreement is completed and the 50% booking fee has been received and cleared, first come, first served. A quote request or acceptance does not reserve it. The balance is payable 30 days before the event starts. Full details are in our Booking Terms.

What We Bring vs What The Venue Provides

Our format is fully paperless — guests' phones become their buzzers and answer pads, so there are no pens, sheets or manual marking. Audiovisual equipment requirements and inclusions depend on the selected package and will be confirmed in your quotation. Local Weekday and Weekend packages include sound equipment. Premium Corporate excludes all AV equipment; the client or venue supplies or arranges projectors, screens, sound and microphones.

Technical guidance and audiovisual coordination. Required equipment is supplied or arranged by the client or venue. Any equipment hire is separate from the Premium Corporate fee and must be agreed in your quotation.
