1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking confirmation and the required 50% booking fee deposit.
2. Booking Fee & Payment
- A Non-Refundable 50% booking fee deposit is required to secure your event date.
- The balance is due no later than 30 days before the event starts.
- Late payments may delay or jeopardise event delivery.
3. Travel & Accommodation
For events outside the host's home city, travel and accommodation costs may be added to the quote and are payable in advance.
4. Venue & AV
The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue and access for setup. Where AV is supplied by us, power and a setup window of at least 90 minutes must be provided.
5. Custom Content
Branded or custom rounds require a content brief at least 14 days before the event. We will provide a review draft at least 7 days prior.
6. Conduct
The host reserves the right to pause or end an event in the case of unsafe behaviour, harassment or conditions that prevent the safe delivery of the event.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, government restriction or industrial action.
