1. Cancellation by the Client
- More than 30 days before the event: 50% booking fee deposit refundable less an admin fee of R1,500.
- 15–30 days before the event: 50% of the total fee is payable.
- Less than 14 days before the event: 100% of the total fee is payable.
2. Rescheduling
Where rescheduling is requested more than 14 days before the event, we will do our best to accommodate a new date subject to availability, with no admin fee. Within 14 days, standard cancellation terms apply.
3. Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver, we will refund all amounts paid in full or, with your agreement, supply a substitute host of equivalent standard.
4. Force Majeure
Where cancellation is due to a force majeure event (e.g. natural disaster, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
