A school fundraiser that filled the hall, sold out the tables and had grandparents, teachers and parents buzzing in on their phones.
The Brief
The fundraising committee wanted an evening that wasn't another raffle-and-cash-bar night. It had to sell tables, work for a mixed crowd of parents, teachers and grandparents, and run itself so volunteers could actually enjoy the night.
We ran a hosted trivia dance evening: themed dress-up rounds for table points, our paperless quiz platform, a professional host driving the room, and a dance floor between rounds.
On The Night
